Q: What is the prime location for running your programmes?

A: Our services are mainly offered on the Peak, Mid-Levels, Causeway Bay and Pokfulam. However, if you have a different location preference, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Q: I don’t have a private tennis court at my complex, can I still join your programmes?

A: Absolutely. We have tennis programmes in several locations where outside guests are welcome to join.

Q: Is the court fee included in your rates?

A: The court fee is included in the rates if you have a lesson at our location. If we use the tennis court at your private residence, you will be responsible for making a court booking and paying the court rental fee.

Q: How do I pay for my lesson booking?

A: During the booking process, you will receive an invoice which can be settled either with your credit card online (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Paypal are accepted) or via HSBC bank transfer. In order to guarantee your booking, we will need to receive your payment in advance.

Q: Do you have any special offers or discounts?

A: Our private lesson packages offer 10% discount or HK$ 100 discount for the first time lesson. You can also share lessons with your friends or family to keep them more cost friendly. Group classes are another great option with prices starting as little as HK$ 350 per session for adults and HK$ 250 per session for children. Please note: since our services are provided exclusively on private residential tennis courts, we have additional expenses associated with them such as transportation fees and extended time for travelling which have to be budgeted in our rates.

Q: What is the cancellation policy for private lessons?

A: We have a 48 hour cancellation policy for private lessons. If you have cancelled your booking 48 hours in advance, you can re-schedule it for an alternative date before the package expiry date or within 3 months if you do not have a package.

Q: What if it rains on the day of my lesson?

A: In case of rain, we will contact you 1 hour in advance to inform you if the lesson needs to be postponed.

Q: Do you offer anything other than tennis lessons?

A: Yes, we run tennis events on a regular basis which include social games, tournaments and tennis holiday retreats. We also organise corporate and private events, offer special packages and discounted tickets for professional tennis tournaments in Hong Kong and overseas.
